My third flight in the last two weeks which is more than 45 minutes late. Needed plug access to work due to flight delay; asked Bernadette in Slow lounge in OR Tambo if I could use a plug. The answer was a dismissive "no" - even though BA was the cause of my predicament..
I have flown countless BA flights over the years. There is a way to say no that at least shows respect and empathy. Based on my treatment I feel my custom is not appreciated, and BA doesn't need my business.
Please don't "apologize" via Hellopeter for my treatment. Rather raise it with the person concerned.
