We are still awaiting QVC's response to our complaint on 18 March! We are also still awaiting a copy of the debit order authorisation that we signed some years ago, but there only seems to be a deafening silence on QVC's part. In the meantime QVC once again processed debit orders against our account without any authority to do so. Once again we instructed the bank to reverse the payments. How long will this carry on, QVC? We have had enough of your unethical business practices! We will now calculate and pay the settlement amount owing to you. We will also refer complaints to the Consumer Commission and the National Credit Regulator respectively. And, please, if you decide to respond to our complaint this time, save us your standard reply.
