You replied that Ruth would phone me back by end of business the same day. its the 18th of June and I am still awaiting a reply.

Apologies for his unnecessary inconvenience and the fact that the matter is yet to receive a resolution.
We are aware that Ruth assisted last month. As she does have a background on the complaint, we have requested that she assists further.
You should hear from her before close of business today.
