I erroneously tried to reverse two successful debit orders (as I though the amounts were incorrect) - Discovery Health and Discovery Insure - I though the amounts were incorrect but I received my statements late. I sent a secure message soon after advising that the debit orders must please not be reversed and that someone please contact me to confirm same. I have not received any response and now R80 has been deducted from my account for stop payments. Can someone from Standard Bank please contact me and help me rectify the situation. I cannot afford for the these payments not to go through.
