I agreed to a RCP on 21 January 2013. That was the beginning of the shocking service from Standard Bank. To date I still do not have a copy of this agreement, nor one of the insurance policy I agreed to. The insurance amount quoted to me and the amount on my debit order are different (I was quoted in writing). The RCP debit order was taken off at the end of Jan and not end Feb as agreed. This was rectified after lodging a complaint and demanding to speak to Dorah's supervisor. I was then sent an apology by Sithole, Nkululeko N [Email Removed] also discussed the absence of a copy of the agreement and Dlamini, Ayanda A [Email Removed] emailed me an INCORRECT copy. I replied that it was incorrect and have not received a reply. I have also emailed Dorah regularly, but have not received the courtesy of a reply. I emailed Nkululeko Sithole again to see if he could assist regarding this mess and that if he could not, then who could. His response was "Please advise if I should log this as a complaint" - I have no words! This was on 15 March and to date, I have had no response from anyone. I am entitled to these agreements per the NCA.
