Why is it that every dealing with Club Leisure or Flexi Club ends up on one or other complaints website.
I have applied to cancel my contract with Club Leisure and despite the fact I have a holiday fund of R14000 they want to me to pay in R3200 to complete my years subscriptions.
I have asked that a transfer be made between the two as the R14000 is my money which has been paid in cash and the allocation of the monthly debit order is determined by Club Leisure and not by myself.
Since my request they have just ignored me hoping i am sure that I will do nothing until the expiry date for cancellations at the end of May and then have to pay in this and next years subscriptions.
I have handed the matter over to the Consumer Complaints Commission and asked them to make a specific note of the date so there can be no misunderstanding
My complaint to the Consumer Complaints Commission has been copied to the Clientcare at Club Leisuer so lets see If they respond tto that
