A complete waste of money- bad attitude

We booked a weekend away to spend at Blyde Chalets from the 5-8th of April. The booking with travelground went well. Unfortuntely our stay at Blyde chalets was dreadful. We arrived & needed to pay the charges that we owed. The lady at the reception didn't know how to operate the card machine in order for us to pay using debit cards. She then asked us to use our cards with a chip in it, which we supplied. She then had no idea how to do the transaction using this. We then opted to rather draw cash, and we asked her where the nearest atm is to draw cash she said theres 1 but couldnt give clear directions. With our dissatisfaction she told us that it isn't joburg! Once we eventually paid cash we went to our chalet-the fridge was off & left open - great for the frozen food we had brought with. The geyser was off so we couldnt even freshen up after the long trip!!!
The last night there we wanted to eat at the glasshouse restaurant on premises. What a joke, a man came up to us asked if we made a reservation, which we hadnt, & we turned away., not even reception said there any need. This is rediculous restarant on premesis & cant even cater for guests. I will never stay there again. A waste of money. (Supplier name changed by Hellopeter.com)
