We booked a bus for our child which was suppossed to depart from Ixopo to Jhb on the 31st May 2013 at 19h00. We waited for four hours and the bus never showed up, then we phoned the call centre, they promised to call us back but they never did. Up to now we are still waiting. On the 1st of April, we called the call centre again and we were reffered to their Pmb office. Which we duly called and there was no response. We don't know what to do anymore and we do not have the money to book another bus. We would like to get another seat to the same destination or they must reimburse us.
