Ticket rescheduling

I booked a ticket for my friend in joburg from joburg to Capetown she phoned me and told me to phone translux as she was running late because the taxi she was travelling with broke down. i tried to call translux call centre but i couldn't go through to the consultant and i waited more than 30 minutes and the was consultant that attended to my problem, i tired to call on Saturday as well but no joy. i called again on Monday the 23RD of September and i spoke to Nthabiseng who refer me to Bennie the Supervisor who told me that the is no way icouldnt have gone through because they have about 6 consultant and i find that strange because i waited more than 30 minutes and no consultant was available to help me. i asked the supervisor that can i be able to reschedule but he said that is impossible and i have forfeited my money, i think that is a rip off because Translux have standby that takes ones sit in case of them not pitching up so that means they got a price of two for one sit.
