While visiting Ixopo on Saturday I made the mistake of purchasing at your store. The rude cashier swiped my card (while having a conversation with her friend) and I received sms notification confirming the purchase, however she insisted it did not go off and re-swiped my card. I then received another sms confirming a second purchase and showed her both confirmations. She finally decided to call her supervisor who assured me 1 of the transactions would be reversed overnight. Its 5days later and i still haven't received my money back. I went to Jet branch in Durban central who advised me they couldn't do anything and i need to refer to the Ixopo Branch? This is a classic example of poor client service, passing the buck and a lack of training. I have lost all my trust in Jet and will not be making anymore purchases there.
