I booked a trip with Translux via the internet purely to avoid having to speak to a call centre agent two days ago. The trip has been paid for. This morning I have made 15 telephone calls and sent 11 e-mails. The minimum time I have waited for the call centre to answer their phone is 9 minutes and 52 seconds. I have had the phone slammed down on me twice by a male call centre agent who refuses to give me his name. I have literally spent the entire morning on the phone with the call centre. Eventually a customer services agent called me only to tell me he cannot help me and there is only 1 person that sends confirmatory e-mails of online bookings. I cannot believe that anyone can be this useless.
