I checked into Lanseria airport to return back to cape town. I handed all my luggage in and collected it upon arrival in cape town. When unpacking i noticed that one of my zips had been open and all my jewelery out of the box inside my bag leaving behind only the goods they broke as well as the box. This is disgusting that we as customers need to lock our bags up with chains and locks to prevent other people from entering our personal belongings. This is not the first time i have had goods from my bag but this was the final straw and i want what is owed to me. I will not just stand back and accept what has happened. WHY CANT PEOPLE JUST KEEP THEIR HANDS TO THEMSELVES!!! Why are these people not monitored as im sure im not the only one to have this happen to them. Step up the service and start providing solutions!!! That will be the last time i fly Kulula and you can bet i will spread the word.
