Poor Service, No Feedback, Bad Attitude

On the 05/08/2013 i purchased a Bus Ticket on Translux at Shoprite in Wolmaranstad at 08h13 for R200.00 to depart on 09h00 at Total Garage Wolmaranstad to Pretoria Station arrival time 13h00. I was already waiting from 08h27 for the bus to arrive and so it did at 09h05 and as i pulled up next to the bus it just left, the doors did not even open nor did they even stood there for 5 Seconds. As they pulled away i phoned the call centre (more than 6-7 times) so that they can ask the bus driver to turn around, no one bothered to phone me back and i lost my money and had to make an other arrangement to get to Pretoria. I reported the Incident since it happened and i got nothing but bad attitude, no feedback on this matter and was told they are still investigating this incident till present and i can't see how this is my problem if they are to incompetent to do their work properly. I wasted my time, energy, airtime to phone Translux Call Centre the whole day and also my money for the ticket that still has not been refunded and more money to get to my destination on that day urgently. I would appreciate urgent feedback and also to be refunded immediately as this was not my mistake made.
