Appalling service

I booked a return trip for me and my family leaving from joburg to durban. the joburg trip our bus was schedules to leave at 8:30 but we later left at about 11. this put me and my family in danger as we are reliant on public transport in a city we are not familiar with and nearly made us lose our hotel reservation due to lateness of the greyhound services. the joburg trip was schedules to be from half past 8 till half past 4. as if that wasn't worse enough we are now 3 hours late from durban to joburg on the bus which was scheduled to leave at 11 and arrive at half past 7. on top of that we are now given a bus which is not a greyhound coach/bus where as i payed for a greyhound bus, if i wanted any other bus i would've booked with them and this bus has uncomfortable seating. i demand a proper explanation as to why all this is happening. i am a paying customer and this is beyond ridiculous and not to mention appalling . i am also going to lodge a complaint at discovery and let them know about this experience and service so that they know how their partners conduct themselves and how they are treating their members
