My wife and I booked a Greyhound bus to Johannesburg, scheduled to depart at 13h30 on 29th March. To our dismay the bus arrived at 13h45. That was not the worst of it, the bus arrived labelled Maharaj's Coaches. When we querried this with the Greyhound staff we were told it is one and the same thing. My question is does Greyhound have no regard for the consumer protection act. We were not forewarned about the changes or reasons thereof, we were simply left with no choice but to do as told and board Maharaj's Coaches.
