I am extremely furious and very upset with Greyhound. I made a booking to depart from Middelburg Mp at 13h00 today, 27/3/13. At 14h30 there is still no bus, except a greyhound that arrived at 14h00 and the hostess didn't want to let me get on as it was going to JHB she said.
I was at the pickup as stipulated on the booking at cnr of lilian ngoyi and cowen ntuli streets, at McDonald's since 12h30.
I want to know who is responsible and what are Greyhound going to do about my problem. I phoned the callcentre, Malebo put me on hold for more than 20minutes, and answered the phone again "greyhound how may I help you", I was left on hold to be forgotten about. I will surely never use greyhound again and everybody will know about it. However, someone whould phone me and do some explaining!
