I have since stopped using Greyhound/Citiliner. Greyhound used to be the best but this has since gone down the drain with the service they offer - I used to use Greyhound on a regular and can probably count on one hand the number of times the bus has left on time. There was another time were we had to wait for a Citiliner coach scheduled to leave JHB at 9pm - after 2hrs of waiting a bus that was not a Citiliner / Greyhound coach arrived but could only take half of the passengers - we the passengers that were left behind only got a bus at 11:45pm and during all this time, the people on call had no idea what was happening - apparently the bus driver was not answering his phone as he may be tired and sleeping. This is just one of the many disappointing stories I have with this bus service and it is for this reason that I will no longer use your services
