I was unfortunate enough to travel on one of your coaches from Johannesburg to Durban once again.
Please see attached the filth that I encountered.
Besides the roaches and the dirty headrest covers, I had a cup of hot tea spill all over me because the cup was squeezed into a lid that was too small.
I am really disappointed with the service from Greyhound, it used to be the best coaches to travel on, but I'm afraid that is no longer so.
This is the second time in the space of 4 weeks that I have had reason to complain.
