I booked the Greyhound bus from Dbn to Pretoria 6 Dec 2013, 13:30 bus, the bus delayed until we left at 18:00, there was no proper explaination they kept on saying the bus is coming, to my suprise another bus I think called Maharaj couch came not Greyhound I booked, It was not the value for money I psyed, the bus took us and dropped us in Jhb and we were told to go out and wait for another bus, which came later, we arrived in Pretoria at 3am ; offices were closed, we stand outside because there was no transport to take us home because it was late, we waited in that cold environment and dangers, again when I come back from Pretoria, I booked 20:15 bus we board at right time but we were dropped in Jhb to wait for another busoutside the tterminal for an hour, I felt so belittled and not respected.
