Incorrect bus sent to replace the citiline

I booked a greyhound citiliner bus on the 21st December 2013 to travel from Durban to Pretoria and my bookings were confirmed for departure from Durban station on 4 January 2014 at 21:00 and arrival at Pretoria station on 5 January 2014 at 05:40. When we got to the station we were told to board a bus written "Maharaj's Coaches' and citiliner was not coming without any explanation whatsoever. Firstly we pay for certain busses for specific services and this bus seemed like it was never even serviced and very uncomfortable. For the price one pays for greyhound service, this was just not acceptable and very unsafe.
