Bad Odour (Stinking coaches)

I thought that grey hond was the best but not after i travelled from durban to pretoria on the 24 march 2013 coach number J2503.The bus was smelling like toilet and we had to tolerate the smell for 8 hours.i even have flu now cause i in-hailed that smell for 8 hours. Managent should ensure that the carpets are dry and the bus is clean especially the emergency rooms/rest room. im really dissapointed in greyhond
