Really disappointed with Greyhound from Pretoria to Durban on The 28th of March, the bus was an hour late and nobody from greyhound could explain why the bus was delayed or to say sorry! When you phoned the callcentre or management you were told that the bus is in Midrand and it coming! When we got to montross we had to wait an hour for a driver from durban! Only got to durban 7.15AM and the toilet in the bus has a terrible smell! I need an explanation why the bus was late and the hostess was very rude! I think Discovery should merege with Intercape
