I am so disappointed with your poor services and false information. We bought greyhound tickets to travel from Pretoria to Port Elizabeth and the same day the bus delayed and all of a sudden a sms was sent that a Mega couch is coming. We did not book Mega couch and the Mega couch was filthy stinking and worse our seat was facing the toilet. The seats were uncomfortable. My cousin sister was vomiting all the way because of the stinking toilet. The bus attendant had no any sanitizer and the same thing happened when we went to Durban last December. We need to be refunded our monies back hence there are options to book as per your affordability and comfortability. We did not book Mega couch and the charges are far less that what we paid.
In future whether its festive season or what you people must clean the toilets and make sure on the way the bus attendant cleans the toilet and if i book Greyhound i expect to travel with Greyhound!
