I would like to say thank you so much for your good service. My mom had a hip replacement a year ago, she thought she was able to walk from the plane to the Carrosell but once getting out she was a bit in pain. We did not bother to book a wheel chair. I then phoned Kulula and asked them if i can book a wheel chair for her trip back as it's a distance to walk from check in to the gate. They then agreed and told me they will arrange. We got to the airport, the check in staff walked with my mom to the Assisted pax office. This was a quick painless effort. Thank you so much for helping at such short notice. My mom is very thankful for all your help. Thank you so much call center and ground staff. You did a very good job.
