I have sent SA Road link a letter stating my case but up to this day nothing has been done about my situation
I booked a ticket from Cape Town to Johannesburg on the 31st December 2013 and had the worse journey ever 1.The bus was badly infected with COCKROACHES I spent my journey of 18 hours killing COCKROACHES that was just so embarrassing 2.The Toilet was not working and it had a bad smell that made the entire coach smell so bad that I had to cover my nose throughout the journey 3.The Coach had not been cleaned from the previous journey and had litter all lover the place no wonder they sitting with crawling insects 4.The Air was not working and we had to sit in the blazing heat throughout the 18 hours 5.There are no hostesses on the bus we had to stop as we were leaving the garage because the driver was not sure if all the passengers were on the bus. I have sent them a letter on the 2nd January 2014 and since have not yet received any word from them I need to set an example for the next passengers.
