I purchased a bus ticket from bus Shoprite for the Intercape. Had an emergency and the ticket had to be changed? Then I got to ShopRite to request the change, I was told that I need to go back to the ShopRite I purchased the ticket from as the sequence numbers and the paper the ticket is printed on is not the same. In the day and age then everything is on computer. Than the manager told me to go to Park Station as the Intercape office is there. They did not even want to call Computicket for help! Please let me know what the process is... as the Intercape is the only bus going to the Northern Cape Upington
