Reference No 052616 . Our March 2012 account has been paid in full. Cash deposits made to pay the account. We overpaid R99-85. Annual fees also fully paid by cash deposits. Now we get phone calls from the attorneys, Louis Hansmeyer Attorneys, stating that there is still a balance of R2008-97 outstanding.

Every week somebody else is calling, after I spoke to a Rezina and faxed all our deposit slips to them for a second time, telling me that they did not receive the faxes. When I called them on their land line number, to confirm that they have received the fax, they do not answer the phone. This is going on since January 2013 and no one is competent to reconcile the account. Sometimes I get a phone call and it only rings once, then a miss call appears on my cell phone, but on their side it registers a call to me.

We also send a mail to [Email Removed] regarding this account that no one is competent to reconcile, but we did not even got any feedback from the holiday club.
