I am so angry! An Intercape bus nearly killed me as a result of reckless driving - and pushed me off the highway. I had to find my way on a narrow strip of long veld grass between the barrier and the bus on the M2. I was travelling 120km/h in the fast lane, when this bus (ICG 159GP) came speeding past on the left, and changed lanes into my lane while still next to me. He just drove off leaving me in a cloud of dust!
I forced the bus driver to stop by stopping in front of him so as to get his details. They kept all doors and windows closed and waved their hands at me telling me that I was crazy. I told them I was nearly killed!
At Smit Str offramp I stopped in the middle of the offramp with the bus behind me - this next to a parked police vehicle! I told them that they almost killed me as I had to come to a dead standstill from a high speed in a restricted area. I told him that his reckless driving nearly caused an accident - and I asked him if he was not concerned... The drivers words to me... THE 70 LIVES OF THE PASSENGERS ON THE BUS IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR LIFE! I was shocked at this... realising that he could have killed me and all the passengers on the bus!
