I have been a Felxi Club member for approximately 15 years - I intend to cancel my membership in January 2014 due to financial constraints. Flexi Club want me to pay 2014 annual fees in full before they will cancel my membership, why do I have to pay the 2014 annual fees in full which is approximately R12 900.00?? My 2013 fees are paid up.
Please will someone let me know why Flexi Club does this???
