I really feel it is absolutely ridiculous that you can't change a passenger's name when you made a group booking. I can understand if it's a week before but we booked flights in June and now 1 girl in our group can't make it anymore and we found someone that would like to go with but now we can't change the name on the booking which means we loose the money that we paid for this ticket!!!
