CHANGE OF NAME

WE MADE A BOOKING FOR OUR DAUGHTER AND HER BOY FRIEND TO FLY WITH KULULA FROM CAPE TOWN TO OR TAMBO ON FRIDAY 13 SEPTEMBER BOOKING CODE AUZNUW.
SHE AND HER BOY FRIEND BROKE UP. WE CONTACTED KULULA TO CHANGE THE BOOKING. WE WANTED THEM TO DO A NAME CHANGE FROM HIS NAME TO HER NAME AND THEN MOVE THAT TICKET TO 14 DECEMBER AGAIN FROM CAPE TOWN TO OR TAMBO.
KULULA SAID SORRY THEY DO NOT DO NAME CHANGES LIKE THAT AND THAT WE WILL JUST LOSE THAT TICKET'S MONEY IS THE BOY FRIEND CANNOT FLY ANYMORE.
WHAT AMUSES US IS THA FACT THAT WE BOOKED THEM TO FLY BACK WITH MANGO AND MANGO HAD NO PROBLEM IN DOING A NAME CHANGE AS WELL CHANGE THE BOOKING SO THAT OUR DAUGHTER CAN USE THAT TICKET IN DECEMBER.
WE FEEL IT IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLY FOR KULULA NOT TO DO SUCH A CHANGE AND FOR US JUST TO LOSE THAT TICKET'S MONEY.
