I am booked to travel to Kenya and back with my family. We tried to change the return date and we are being charged more than the total return airfare just to make the change. How can changing the dates cost more than the total return far under normal circumstances.
To make matters worse, when I said that I cannot afford the change - they are now insisting that we pay the total change amount as they cannot revert us back to the normal booking! This is beyond ridiculous!
