On trying to change my booking on this airline, I found that I need to pay R600 to change my and my fiances flights. I understand that a fee is payable but this is day light. This company has gone from being the only 'low cost' airline on the market charging reasonable fares to down right screwing the consumer. Less than a year ago I paid R125 to change my flight on their parent airline British airways but now I need to pay almost double this amount. To top it all off they have introduced gimmicks and ploys to even more people out of their hard earned money... paying to pre-book seat... charging for a second bag. Where will this end for the South African consumer? I cant even cancel my booking less I loose the R1600 that I have spent on the flights so far. I really thought Kulula was better than this!
