I booked and paid for my tickets for this weekend over a month ago - unforseen circumstances has arisen and my travel partner cannot go. I called the call centre only to be told there is no refund - no name change allowed. This is a absolute nonsense story - when you book no ID number is reqd. All it is, is a simple admin task - which I am prepared to pay for. So no refund, no name change and I am giving three days notice. When I suggest that I have jut lost R2000-00 I am told its not a loss - but there is nothing they can do. With an attitude like that no wonder all our low budget airlines fold. Would be nice if they were accomodating.
