I fly from Johannesburg to Durban every week. I normally fly kulula but have decided to fly other airlines from now on. Every time I book online it takes about 30 mins to an hour. EVERY TIME! I have spent 2 hours this morning trying to book four flights. I have now given up, and will never again use this website. I actually think it is to do with the vitality discount. On opening this website it ask if you are a vitality member. If you reply yes, it asks you for your vitality number. After entering your number you proceed with your booking. When the booking is complete it asks you if you are a vitality member. You reply yes and start the whole procedure again. After the seventh time it logs you in, then tells you you have timed out! That's when I had a sense of humor failure. This happens every single time.
