I made my flight booking through the discovery website on the 28 May 2013. The bookings I made were for myself which I made separate on the Discovery website and made another booking for 3 other people that will be travelling with me. When I made a booking the system indicated my discount based on my vitality status and obvisouly on the first screen it showed it in terms of the percentage. When I was about to make a payment, the whole amount was deducted from my account. I enquired about this with Discovery however I was accused of not following the correct process after their investaigation which I am not sure how it was done. I even requested to talk to their manager which even today I am still waiting to talk to. I am disappointed with the whole thing esp. bcoz I know that I have followed the correct process. I called Kulula on Saturday 20/7/13 and they indicated to me that they can see from their side that I am a vitality member as my vitality number is reflecting on their side on my booking.
