We booked tickets for durban and we had 24 hours to pay for it. I paid on the 6th of december and when I got to the airport on the 16th of december they told me that I didn't pay I gave my deposit slip and they said that I have to pay again and claim from kulula and the attendant at the airport was very rude and not willing to help I asked what happens if I had no money she said I could not travel. So I paid and I am still waiting for a refund for 3 months even after I faxed a copy of my payments.
