Paying for Vitality yet don't receive the benefit

I had an issue with booking a kulula flight as my name was suddenly not on my husbands profile, this apparently was due to some duplicate profile? Anyway I sent through a copy of my ID as requested to get the problem sorted, this started on the 22nd July, I then had to go ahead and book my flight without the Diamond status discount as the problem couldn't be sorted in time and Vitality said they would refund us the difference it is now the 19th August and no refund, also only TODAY am I know showing on the Kulula site to book flights, yet they state the turnaround is 5-7 days??? I have spent Hours phoning vitality and my case has been escalated so many times I must be near the moon by now, It will end up costing more in my time and phone calls by the time the refund happens that it won't have been worth the discount I should have received and yet discovery have not come to the party from their side. How can we pay for Vitality YET I was unable to benefit from the discount I was suppose to have received, I am utterly disgusted in the service I have received from Vitality's Managers. It would be nice if someone could inform me of when we will be getting our refund!
