In meantime, I was waiting to book Kulula. Each day that passes the cost of these flights goes up. After several calls, similar to the unauthorised debiting of my account situation in December, the quote finally arrived. I then had to call in to get them to process adding the children to the life policy manually because it was not reflecting After that I tried to book flights on Kulula only to Discover, after being on Vitality for many years uninterrupted that the website advises in red that "A waiting period applies to your travel benefits" So I phone in again and the lady says "no you cant book at Kulula, try Discovery. Same message. Life Vitality to Bankmed Vitality to Life Vitality you have also erased my Bronze status back to blue.
