My husband wass booked on a 11am from jhb to Ct. he got to the airport on time (1 hr 30 mins prior to departure) and only to be told there was no place for him on the flight.. not only is he a frequent flyer member but also has a gold voyager card which we were led to believe allows you priority on flights. he was then put onto a 12h00 flight, which delayed him for his business meeting. surely this is illegal to sell more tickets that what can be accomadated on a flight . what is SAA going to do about this inconvenience caused, no apology or any other reimbursements were given.
