I am very disappointed with service received from Kulula over the past few months. I think we are all aware that flights are overbooked and you might be bumped off the flight to a later flight... but why do this on Friday afternoons when it is peak travelling time? We received a Transportation Voucher per passenger for the inconvenience caused... this voucher actually inconvenienced (Inconvenience Number 1) me even further by booking another flight for later in the year.
I phoned Kulula on the 18th of June to book flights for September as I could not use my Transportation Voucher on the Kulula website (Inconvenience Number 2). I spoke to Jo-Anne. I am also a Vitality Member (which I actually pay for) and required my Vitality Discount to be deducted from the flights - this was also not possible (Inconvenience Number 3). After doing the telephone booking I received a reservation code for the 2 passengers I booked for. When checking my credit card payment I realised only 1 ticket price was deducted. Upon enquiring they did not book the second passenger (Inconvenience Number 4). I had to book 2 weeks later at a higher price for the second passenger again (Inconvenience Number 5).
