In Dec 2013 39000 miles were reversed from my Voyager account. This was apparently due to a duplication that took place. When i called to query this I was told that department doesn't take calls and I need to email them. it took multiple emails before I got a response. this was merely that miles were duplicated, but i have not been shown when or where. I was sent a "screen dump" indicating miles allocated in 2012, but this doesn't show any duplication. I've sent 2 emails to the person who responded to my email, asking for somebody to please phone me to explain this to me. no response and no phone calls.
The reversal without any explanation and subsequent shocking service is unacceptable
