Bad Service from SAA Voyager - 79075887

I travelled to Accra, Ghana on 1 Dec 2012 until the 8 Dec2012 I returned to SA. My voyager card was swiped in OR Tambo and in Kotaka International Airport. On the Dec 2012 I called Voyager and I emailed my boarding stubs to [Email Removed] Two weeks later I called to confirm the receipt thereof I was told they have a back log and they will respond and every week there after i called to follow up.

In the the first week of Jan 2013 they confirmed they received my email dated the 10 Dec 2012. Again i called and called to find when the miles will be loaded and everytime they assure me the miles will be loaded. I have spoken to Tasneem Adams and Fikile Sibeko who promised me that they will go their Admin section and find out why the miles were not loaded but nobody phoned me back. on the 18 February I received a email from Voyager confirming that they had received my scanned ID and once again assured me that my miles will be loaded immediately. My miles are still not loaded.
