Voyager Miles Call Centre very inefficient

I flew from JHB to New York in 31 May - 7 June 2013 and I waited for my Voyager Miles to be loaded.

I started logging calls with Service Request No: SR403001 in August, 15, requesting my miles to be allocated.

I was told the reason why my miles are not allocated is because I had used my Maiden name passport and so the ticket did not correspond with my voyager profile, I was asked to send the ticket, the passport and my current ID which did but :
Each time I send to [Email Removed] and I call to follow up, it's either I get an email requesting more documents or acknowledging receipt of documents but complaining of them being not accessible (they will be unable to open). I would then send whichever additional documents requested but that has never been enough.
Some of the emails are never responded to but if I call I am sent from post to pillar and told different stories about the different turnaround time and the fact that they are having backlogs.
I wonder if you can assist me. I didn't know it was this difficult to get these voyager miles nor did I think choosing SAA was going to be so administrative for me.
