How many emails and calls does it take to get Voyager to respond to a frequent flyer?
(i) The Voyager website is deficient: it does not let you claim missing miles on all Star Alliance members (Copa Airlines) or purchase extra miles (after credit card details are entered the site goes on strike);
(ii) After three emails to Voyager and calls to its call centre, I have not had a response to these issues. This never happens with Virgin or BA.
