Bus drivers leave passengers stranded

I sent the following complaint on Monday on your Facebook page, I have not received a response. "This morning at Retreat bus station where buses depart on route to Cape Town. There was a lengthily line of passengers waiting to get on. A bus pulled up and begun to let passengers in. After a period of 10 minutes the driver closed the doors and signalled to his watch in what I assume means that 'time is up'.. Thereafter we had to wait a period of 20mins for another bus as there was no bus standing behind the other one that left abruptly. Thereafter the 4492 bus pulled up. This incident happened again, this time the driver taking only 6 passengers and then leaving the remaining passengers in line to wait for the next bus. Again, with no bus in sight. I was fortunate to be part of this few, and onnroute to Cape Town I witnessed an amount of 4 buses heading towards Retreat, one after the other. Why there are 4 buses on route to Retreat one after the other while there is nothing going towards Town, where people in line are left there because the driver has decided it is time. Whilst I do understand that buses run on schedule however a bus arriving late, then not taking people is wrong
