They shouldnt be in a services industry

On the 17th of December, I requested a copy of the statement for the 2014 levies due by myself having lost the archive on my PC. From my transaction history, you can confirm that this is always done around the 15th of December. Only on 7 January did I receive a mail from an ILZE in response to my requests, but no copy of statement attached. yet another mail to request and still no response. On the same day I get a call from their collections agency advising I am in arrears. I find this unacceptable. THE FIRST response I get from this company to give me the amount outstanding amount is from their agency. It would seem like they actively aim to get people handed over. I have NEVER needed to be handed over as my obligations are met. Needless to say, the moment I had an amount, the funds were transferred the following day. Now I'm expected to pay an additional R500 for collection fees for something I started requesting before the due date? So I'm expected to pay for THEM to go on holiday a week early having closed the 13th and not the 20th? THIS is a rip-off And dont try book a holiday, theres never availability.
