I am a new member of The Holiday Club and am utterly appalled by the level of service that is provided (or lack thereof).

To date, my wife and I have made 2 enquiries for availability of accommodation via their email address, [Email Removed] and have not received any response. On the first occasion, my wife called the reservations number listed on their website after a week of receiving no response from the email and was greeted by a very obnoxious and unfriendly agent who, in my opinion, believed that she was doing us a favour by answering our call. On the second occasion, I made an enquiry on the 7th of March 2013 via email for availability of accommodation and to date have not received a response.

I then sent the above in a formal email to [Email Removed] on the 13/03/2013 and received a response within 42 minutes from an individual called Vusi Sibisi, requesting my membership number to assist with the query. I have received no response since providing the membership number.

This is a service that we pay a substantial amount of money for and there are minimum levels of service that is expected.
