Brilliant feedback after lodging complaint

After booking a flight on Mango and requesting special requirements from a call centre agent, I was disgusted at the customer service I received with the agent blatantly refusing to accommodate my request while dictating lines in Mango's terms and conditions which were not even accurate!

I made a lengthy complaint in an email to Mango and was overwhelmed by the quick and incredible response I received! In fact, I received two separate emails of apology!
I was assured that the call centre agent in question would be investigated and they stressed that the way my call was handled is not the manner in which Mango treats their valued guests.

I was very impressed with the response and can only conclude that it is so important to lodge bad service when it is encountered because such a big and popular company needs to know if there is a potential discrepancy in its service delivery so that it knows when, where and how to maintain and improve excellence!
