No respect for clients

I made a request for my account to be closed in March (27th or 28th, they should have a record as all calls are supposedly taped!) The consultant stated that since there was a balance of ZAR900.00 odd, that after I pay, I should send a mail, so I did this and sent through a mail to close. Mail I sent I stated that the account was paid off and I also called Diners and spoke to Millicent Khambule who stated that the acct will not be debited as I had requested closure in March as I had told her I saw renewal fees of about ZAR200.00 and it stated I will be debited. No response to mail on the 3rd April, so I sent a follow up on the 15th and also spoke to Michelle Rigney who said that it will be sorted. No response so I sent mail on 17th, 18th, on the 20th I get a mail from Millicent who stated that all charges have been reversed and I should stop the debit order. I cannot do this permanently as Diners need to do this, and I said as such in a response to Millicent on the 22nd. BUT as expected MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN DEBITED WITH ANNUAL FEES... THEY ARE PATHETIC AFTER LOTS OF MAIL REQUEST ASKING TO NOT DEBIT ME THEY HAVE! I ts pathetic that a finance company does not understand "DO NOT DEBIT!
